Application for Payment

AIA G702-style pay application. Fill out all sections, add line items, then download your PDF.

A Pay Application is a formal request for payment from a subcontractor to the General Contractor. It shows exactly how much work has been completed and calculates how much money is currently owed.

How it works: You list every scope item with its value, then report what percent is done. The form calculates your current payment automatically, minus any retainage the GC is holding back.

⚡ Tip: Submit your pay app alongside a Conditional Lien Waiver to speed up payment. GCs often require both before releasing a check.
