1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, business name, and the subcontractor documents you create and store within the app. We do not collect payment card information — all payments are handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the SubPaperz service — including storing your documents, sending email reminders for COI expirations, and managing your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure. Documents and records are associated with your account and protected by row-level security policies.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your account (magic link logins, COI expiry alerts). You can disable email reminders in your account settings at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

SubPaperz uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each service has its own privacy policy.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@subpaperz.com.
