By using SubPaperz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SubPaperz is a software-as-a-service platform for managing subcontractor paperwork, including W-9 collection, lien waiver generation, certificate of insurance tracking, and e-signatures.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each account is for a single business entity.
You agree to use SubPaperz only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store fraudulent documents, impersonate other parties, or violate any applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
SubPaperz generates document templates as a convenience tool. These documents are not a substitute for legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring that documents meet the legal requirements of your jurisdiction. Consult a licensed attorney for legal guidance.
SubPaperz is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, rejected documents, or legal disputes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
